I have a strong belief in the value of the resolution of disputes by way of mediation. The mediation process allows both parties to a dispute the opportunity to find a solution that can in some ways be agreeable to both sides. I have a facilitative style of mediation which encourages both sides to gravitate towards a common ground. Most mediations take place in our offices here in Cashmere, but I am most willing to travel to accomodate the needs of the participants.
I am presently chair of the Alternate Dispute Resolution Section of the Washington State Bar Association. I have also been a panel mediatior for the Alternate Dispute Resolution System Agriculture Employment Mediation Panel.
“I took part in the mediation that you presided over on… I wanted to thank you for your great work in our mediation. It was a pleasure to work with you”
I look forward to assisting you in your mediation needs.
